FYI
There are some character problems in some stories that can't be seem to be fixed. If you see question marks instead of other punctuation marks, I apologize.
How to fix it: For IE users (not sure about other browsers), right click on the page you're viewing so the menu pops up, go to ENCODING >> WESTERN EUROPEAN (ISO) and that should instantly fix the problem. It would help to do it before you even start to read.
